After starting my career in corporate finance, I quickly realized I preferred working with people rather than spreadsheets. What drives me is seeing the relief on a first-time homebuyer's face when they realize they actually can afford that three-bedroom they've been eyeing, or helping a family refinance to fund their child's education.

I believe in explaining complex mortgage terms in plain English, being reachable, and finding creative solutions when the conventional path doesn't work.
